Our Service Technicians are professional, approachable and reliable, consistently repairing ovens to a ‘first fix’ ratio of over 95%. Knowledge of technical data is kept up to date with regular in-house training and attendance on courses held at RATIONAL UK head office. Service vehicles are fully equipped with an extensive parts stock – keeping oven downtime to a minimum.

What your RATIONAL Service includes:

  1. Inspection of 90 points on oven
  2. Inspection of all water level sensors for descale and calibration
  3. Function test carried out to ensure components are working within their optimum limits
  4. Inspection and cleaning of all critical filters and replacement if necessary
  5. Inspection of door gaskets and door locks to ensure electronic components and cooking results are not compromised
  6. Inspection of the Care Control system and CleanJet® to ensure both are working efficiently to prevent scale build up
  7. Inspection of Electric oven heating elements to ensure optimum operation power
  8. Inspection of Gas oven burner settings and Flue gas settings to ensure safe operation
  9. Inspection of all water hoses and connections to help prevent costly water damage to key components
  10. Our fully trained RATIONAL Technicians will be available to answer any technical requirements or issues
